Complaint Assist

Have you found yourself or your firm faced with a complaint from a client, which has been sent to you directly to deal with, or from your professional body that requires your response? A complaint can be about any aspect of your work, or your professional conduct and can be made by a client, another accountant or your regulatory body. Complaints need to be dealt with swiftly and if they are from your professional body responses will need to be made within specific time limits.
