Past Experience:

Conor trained as a Chartered Secretary in the Corporate Legal Advisory department of KPMG, where he gained extensive experience in annual compliance, share registration, corporate re-organisations, company cessations and restorations, through working with a large portfolio of clients. Conor also worked as a Company Secretary for Deutsche Bank in the IFSC providing Company Secretarial Services to Special Purpose Vehicles ("SPV") and internal Deutsche Bank group Companies.

Conor is Director of the Company Secretarial and Company Formation Department in OmniPro. Conor established the Company Secretarial Department and has grown the department to be one of the leading advisors on Company Law to Accountants and Solicitors in Ireland.

Conor specialises in providing company law and company secretarial advice to Accountants and Solicitors, Business Advisors and private clients. Conor presents Company Law and Secretarial Seminars as part of OmniPro's CPD programme.Conor also lectures on behalf of a number of Accounting Institutes in Ireland. Conor is a council member of the Republic of Ireland region of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators ("ICSA").

Conor wants to be the first port of call for all business advisors with Company Law queries and to provide these advisors with practical solutions and advice and facilitate any changes in the structures of the advisors client companies.
