Session 1: Companies Bill 2020 and Procedural Changes & Templates
Mike, John and Des will be looking at the practical impact of the Companies Bill 2020 on companies and how they operate and comply with their day to day corporate governance duties. To support the Bill the notices, minutes and resolutions as updated by the legislation that companies and directors can implement will be reviewed.
In this session we will also be taking a whistle-stop tour of the Financial Provisions (Covid 19 (No.2) Bill 2020. This is not necessarily a company law piece of legislation but will directly or indirectly impact on every company in the state.
