Kicking off on Friday, October 13, Des O’Neill, the Founder of ProfitPro, opens the event looking at strategy and balancing personal strategy with business strategy as we implement the beautifully simple “ProfitPro Accountancy Firm Business Model”. This session sets out the business model, and the following sessions show how to implement it.

With over 40 years’ experience advising accountants all over the world, Mark Lloydbottom is globally renowned for his insights into the challenges accountancy firms face. Mark’s first session of the day is on How to Improve Job Profitability. He follows that with insightful and invigorating sessions on How to Improve Staff Management & Retention and How to Improve Business Advisory Skills.

From there, we will hear from Vicki Banthorpe of Momentum for Professionals. Prior to establishing Momentum for Professionals, Vicki was managing director of SWAT UK, at a time when it was the UK’s largest independent provider of training and compliance services to the accountancy profession. Vicki knows how to attract clients, and, in her session, she brings us through her renowned keynote on How to Attract Your Perfect Client.

Rudi Jansen, founder of Accoa, has been helping businesses and accounting firms in the UK grow and prosper since 2006. Rudi has developed proven techniques for identifying the key factors that underpin a firm’s growth. Rudi is running two sessions. His first one brings us through the systemisation of the firm, looking at how we can improve profitability through reducing paper and people. His second session is a crushing strategy, which will allow accountants to generate 10 qualified leads in 30 days without cold calling.

The final session on the first day, delivered by Des O’Neill, looks at the obstacles that prevent accountants making the best laid plans happen. In essence, this is about what do you need to do to get it done.

Our half-day session on day two, Saturday 14 October, is dedicated to intensive Hot Seat Sessions facilitated by our experts. These sessions provide an opportunity for delegates to discuss real and live problems with peers who face the same challenges and allow the issues that impede your progress to be raised and tackled in the room.  In these Roundtable Hot Seat Sessions, you set the agenda.
