As co-founder and CEO, Micheal has been instrumental in growing the OmniPro Group to a multi-million-euro turnover business.
Ahead of the curve as a believer in the power of digital marketing, Micheal founded his first business, Web Solutions, while still at college, studying for BA in Business Management at Dublin Business School.
In 2003, while still in his early 20s, he joined his brother Des O’Neill to co-found the OmniPro Group. While Des brings his knowledge of the world of accounting to the business, Micheal has taken leadership of the group’s growth through marketing and technology.
As CEO, Micheal’s focus is on developing and executing the OmniPro Group’s business strategy. He plays a key role in developing OmniPro’s CPD schedule, having led the business to its position as Ireland’s largest independent provider of CPD for accountants. Moreover, he is a regular speaker on the role of marketing technology in enabling Irish accounting practices to grow their businesses and attract more of their ideal clients.
Together with a BA in Business Management, Micheal has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from UCD and various qualifications in web design, digital marketing, project management and education and training. He is certified by the NLP institute as a Trainer and Master Practitioner in neurolinguistic programming.
