Caroline Fry

Education and Training Manager

A natural problem-solver and stickler for perfection, Caroline’s focus is on ensuring great customer experiences for all our valued education and training clients, who participate in OmniPro live events, online CPD, and in-house training programmes.

Her precise attention to every aspect of the CPD experience extends from ensuring that speakers and trainers remain on theme and target, to overseeing the quality of car parking facilities, AV standards, and comfort levels at our live venues, right through to guaranteeing delegates receive high-quality documentation to take away with them for support after an event.

Before heading our Education and Training team, Caroline was heavily involved in operations at OmniPro, leading a BPO review and developing staff roles, responsibilities and standards.

Caroline’s previous roles have included senior administrator in the examinations department of the Royal College of Physicians and, prior to that, executive assistant to the CEO of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.

At CPA Ireland, she was actively involved in the institute’s Disciplinary and Defence Committee. Caroline also led the transition towards the paperless office and headed the institute’s ISO programme.

Caroline holds a degree in Business Studies (Marketing) from the Institute of Public Administration.
