Anne is one of our lead technical advisers on company secretarial and corporate law, with a focus on working with practices on practical problem-solving and advising on cost-effective solutions for the type of company law problems that arise over the lives of their clients’ companies – from share class rights to corporate restructuring, and corporate simplification.
Anne joined OmniPro as Head of Company Secretarial in 2015 and brought years of professional experience, gained as a director of Corporate & Legal at Deloitte, to the role. While in practice, she managed corporate administration for a large portfolio of indigenous and multinational clients across industry sectors and was engaged in a range of consultancy assignments for clients. Prior to that, she served in a number of roles, providing corporate governance and serving as company secretary to regulated entities.
A qualified Chartered Secretary and member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Anne has additional qualifications in company law.
